Postural tachycardia syndrome sometimes, or POTS, leads to a variety of symptoms, amongst right-sided rib pain. This pain is commonly felt on the side and aggravates when standing. Despite POTS itself doesn't directly influence the ribs, several factors factor in to this discomforting sensation.
